Health Guarantee

My puppies will be free of any health defects. You have 72 hours to take the puppy to the vet of your choice. If the vet finds something wrong with the puppy you will need a written letter from your vet on their letter head stating what is wrong with the puppy. Then I will take the puppy to my vet to determine if there is a problem. And if there is I will give a full refund/excluding shipping fees or the money can be applied towards a new puppy when it becomes available.

When the puppies are in my care they will be up to date on all shots and worming. And at 8 weeks old they will be vet checked. They are well socialized in a loving home environment before going to their new home.

I will not be responsible for paying your vet to have your puppy checked out. That will be your responsibility. I do my best in raising healthy puppies. PUPPY MILLS NEED NOT REPLY. I do check references.

The puppy being purchased is guaranteed to be current on it's Distemper-Hepatitis(CAV-2), Canine Parrvovirus, Parainfluenza and Leptospirosis vaccinations, and to have passed a veterinarian's examination. Buyer will be provided with a copy of the health certificate. Buyer understands that the puppy will need boosters of the initial vaccinations until the "puppy series" is completed, and then once annually thereafter and Rabies vaccination according to your state or county's requirements.

Please note: because of their solid foundation of good health, good food, prior vaccinations, and lack of exposure, it is highly unlikely a puppy will contract a contagious disease. It is recommended that the Buyer use common sense and not expose the new puppy to other puppies, take it to places a sick puppy has been within the past six months, or take it to public places until the puppy series of vaccinations has been completed.

If anything physically unusual is detected during the examination for the health certificate, Buyer will be notified immediately. This includes developmental issues such as: underbite, luxating patella, umbilical hernia, and inguinal hernia. Buyer may cancel the sale and receive a refund of the deposit, apply the deposit to another puppy, or purchase the puppy (assuming full responsibility for any surgery that may or may not be needed to correct the issue at a future date.) Depending on the issue, Seller may choose not to sell the puppy; Buyer would receive a full refund of his/her deposit.

The puppy may not be determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after the consumer takes possession of the animal. A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites is not grounds for declaring a puppy unfit for sale unless the puppy is clinically ill because of that condition.

I guarantee for one year that my puppies will be free from any hip, knee or eye defects due to genetics. This guarantee is only for the genetic defect of a puppy for one year and not for any injury sustained in the joints or eyes, or in the case the puppy should be malnurished when not in my care and develop a bone or eye problem and also due to poor sanitation when not under my care if the puppy should develop problems, I am not responsible for these problems or illnesses.
